Our co-founders brought together real estate/construction/green building experience as well as professional credentialing and exam prep systems. The perfect match. After our LEED practice tests, we added courses and additional study tools. LEED went through major changes in 2009 (to v3) and multiple new LEED credentials were available (that was a busy year for us to make practice tests and courses for each LEED credential). Then, we built out a 100+ continuing education (LEED CMP) library that also doubles for AIA hours. Now, we’re all-in on WELL, a program we really enjoy.

Charlie Cichetti, LEED Fellow, WELL AP, LEED AP BD+C, ID+C, O+M, Homes | Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Charlie is proud to be one of the leaders in the green building industry. He has built a career around green building services, and leads two companies that hold sustainability leadership as core values — Sustainable Investment Group (SIG) and Green Building Education Services (GBES). Both companies allow him the opportunity to put his high-level of LEED expertise and accreditation to work. Charlie has led many projects (over 50 Million SF of LEED/Energy Star/Cx-RCx) to LEED Gold, and even several to the highest mark: Platinum. Charlie’s LEED clients have ranged from JLL, JP Morgan Asset Management, and Morgan Stanley, to the Army Corp of Engineers and various School Systems. Project types include Class A Office, Medical, Hotel, School, Stadium, and Convention Center. Mr. Cichetti was one of the first professionals to hold all of the new LEED credentials. He has facilitated online and in-person training sessions that have helped tens of thousands of professionals obtain LEED accreditation. Quite simply, our CEO is invested in the success of the green building industry. He believes in it, and is working with people and buildings around the world to create the highest level of sustainability possible.
Mr. Cichetti (cha-ket-E) holds a degree in Business Management from the College of Business at Georgia Tech and has successfully become a LEED Accredited Professional in all available specialties, Operations & Maintenance, Building Design & Construction, Interior Design & Construction, Neighborhood Development, and Homes. And, he is also a WELL AP.
Dean D’Angelo, LEED Green Associate, Fitwel Ambassador | President
After spending over 20 years in both the Construction and Health & Wellness industries, Dean joined GBES in September 2018. Outside of his leadership, his primary responsibilities are to identify and develop GBES’s B2B Corporate Relationships. His focus is to create corporate education solutions for GBES’s clients that may include a combination of In Person and Online training courses, facilitating high trending webinars + Industry Town Halls and Study Calls and creating customized access to GBES’s Best In Class Exam Prep and Continuing Education materials …all delivered from the GBES Learning Hub. He promotes GBES through many industry channels and is the face of the company with industry partnerships and strategic vendors.
Dean holds a BA in Business and Minor in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He and his family live in beautiful SW Florida, where they enjoy playing tennis, bicycling, cruising in their kayaks or just watching the sun go down at the beach.
Corey Little, LEED Green Associate, Fitwel Ambassador | Chief Technology Officer
Corey is CTO at GBES, ensuring delivery of online content to customers whenever and wherever they want it. He is committed to providing a seamless experience for our customers through management of the GBES technology platform, creating and delivering the best quality online training videos and materials for the customer. Mr. Little is dedicated to creating the best online experience possible using the latest technologies and superb customer service. He is skilled in both hardware and software and is the best problem-solver we know. Corey is a roll-up the sleeves kind of guy that has advanced GBES’ systems greatly over the last few years.
Prior to GBES, Little managed a major electronic retailer’s store operations in metro Atlanta. There he also provided customer service and sales training to a growing staff, managed large orders for the latest & greatest technology to bring to market, and helped launch the retailer’s first e-commerce platform.
Bethany Music, LEED Green Associate, Fitwel Ambassador | Vice President
Bethany has been with GBES since November or 2015. She first started as GBES’s Customer Care Representative and has since been promoted to the Vice President of Operations. She works with all team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and the success of the company. She is committed to helping grow GBES and the green building industry through her leadership, management, and communication skills.
Bethany has numerous responsibilities including overseeing the Customer Care team to provide customers and clients with the best experiences and service possible! She also manages vendor and contractor relationships in addition to managing GBES employee payroll, benefits, and other human resource needs. Bethany is a true team player always seeking opportunities to make greater contributions to her team, her company, and the customers and clients she serves.
Prior to GBES, Bethany spent over 10+ years working in the fast-paced Customer Relations field in industries including: Hospitality, Home Healthcare and Turbo Tax. Bethany, her Husband live on a Farm in South Central Texas with their 3 children where they raise cows, goats, and chickens, and grow and harvest a lot of their own food.
