Can more than one person use the exam prep materials?

No. The products are intended for individual use, and are programmed to track single user progress through the exam prep study period.


Can the products be accessed on more than one computer or device?

Yes, all products can be accessed through your GBES account, which can be viewed on any internet-ready device.


I purchased products but they do not appear in my account. Where are they?

Please make sure that you are logged in with the same email address you used to make the purchase for the products you’re looking for.


How do I change the email address associated with my account?

On the Your Account page, select “Change Account Settings”, then under “My Profile” delete the old email address that appears and type in the new email address you’d like to use. Click “Update”.


The new password I requested doesn’t work. What do I do?

First, please be sure that you are logging in with the same email address that you used to purchase the products.
The computer that generates the password is the same computer that validates your log in. So the passwords will always work if they are entered properly. Cutting and pasting usually fails, so we recommend the password be typed in letter-by-letter and number-by-number.
This password is case sensitive, so please be sure your caps lock is off.
